Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- U.S. Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Orders
VSN Lane ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or holidays). If your order is significantly delayed, feel free to contact us and we’ll help however we can.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. VSN Lane is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as delivered, VSN Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
